Accommodation

Self-Catering is provided in a fully self-contained bungalow to the rear of the house, there is ramped access via level paving, wide hallways and doors to afford easy access for guests with mobility difficulties. The bungalow is connected to the house by means of a shared porch with our own accommodation, so we are always available for information and assistance should it be needed.

The accommodation comprises:
 Fully equipped dining kitchen with dishwasher, washing-machine etc,
 Dining room,
 Lounge with TV, Video, HiFi etc,
 Bathroom with large shower and bath which features an integral powered seat and hoist,
 Three ensuite bedrooms i.e. 2 x twin and 1 x double,
 Utility room, and
 Drying room.

The bungalow is fully gas central heated and double glazed, has parking for up to five cars and has WiFi access.
Tariffs range from £200 per week to £500 per week depending on the time of year.
All heating, hot water and linen are included in the tariff.

Bed & Breakfast - double and twin rooms are available and are fully ensuite with hospitality tray and T.V. A single room, with a wash-hand basin and access to the house bathroom and shower is available.
All rooms are centrally heated and double glazed, together with WiFi access.

An extensive breakfast is served in an unhurried manner and includes full Scottish plus fruit, cereals, yoghurts, cheeses, fruit juices etc. Diets can be catered for with prior notice to the owner. Guests can relax in either the lounge/dining room or sun lounge, which has TV/DVD facilities.There is parking for seven cars.
The tariff is between £25 and £28 per person per night (as at 2009).
